ویلای دماوند — پلاک P — Damavand Villa P-Pelak

زبان طرح از منحنی‌های نرم و پیوسته آغاز می‌شود و به سطحی خطی و تمیز می‌رسد که هویت ویلا را تعریف می‌کند. یک جبههٔ کاملاً شفاف رو به باغ، و در جبههٔ شمالی لوورهای متحرک که حریم و نور روز را با حرکت خورشید تنظیم می‌کنند.

ایدهٔ طرح از علاقهٔ کارفرما به فرم‌های منحنی و روان آغاز شد. به‌جای هندسه‌های تیز، زبان معماری بر منحنی‌های نرم و پیوسته استوار است که از دل آن‌ها سطحی خطی و تمیز به‌تدریج بیرون می‌آید و هویت کلی ویلا را تعریف می‌کند. به‌واسطهٔ باغ زیبای زمین، یک جبههٔ ویلا کاملاً شفاف طراحی شده تا مرز فضاهای داخلی و منظر پیرامون به کمترین حد برسد. در جبههٔ شمالی، که در معرض دید املاک همسایه بود، لوورهای متحرک به کار رفته‌اند تا هم حریم خصوصی حفظ شود و هم نور روز بر اساس حرکت خورشید تنظیم‌پذیر باشد. حاصل، طرحی است که فرم روان، شفافیت و پاسخ به شرایط زمین را یکجا دارد.

The design concept emerged from the client’s preference for curved and fluid forms. Instead of sharp geometries, the architectural language is based on soft, continuous curves, from which a clean linear surface gradually emerges, defining the overall identity of the villa. Due to the presence of a beautiful garden on the site, one side of the villa is designed with a fully transparent façade, minimizing the boundary between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape. On the northern side, where direct views from neighboring properties existed, operable louvers were implemented to ensure privacy while allowing adjustable daylight control according to the sun’s movement. The result is a design that combines fluid form, transparency, and responsiveness to site conditions.
