مجموعهٔ چهارفصل نوشهر — Four Seasons NOSHAHR

یک حجم منفرد در منظر نوشهر که به‌جای «ساختمان» به‌عنوان قابی برای دیدن طراحی شده است. تراس‌های شش‌متری و پیوسته، جنگل، کوه و دریا را در یک توالی بی‌وقفه به درون می‌آورند و مرز درون و بیرون را به لایه‌ای قابل سکونت بدل می‌کنند.

حجمی منفرد در دل منظر طبیعی، که همچون قابی پیوسته برای دیدن چشم‌انداز پیرامون طراحی شده است. با تأکید بر دید ۳۶۰ درجه، راهبرد طرح بر مفهوم «پیوستگی منظر» بنا شده: توالی فضاها و کشیدگی افقی تراس‌ها، جنگل و کوه و دریا را به تجربه‌ای یکپارچه و بی‌وقفه بدل می‌کند. تراس‌های عمیق و پیوسته لایه‌ای میانی‌اند که مرز درون و بیرون را حل می‌کنند و حضور طبیعت را به فضاهای زندگی می‌کشانند. در مقیاس عمودی، افزایش ارتفاع تراس‌ها به شش متر عمق و کشیدگی فضایی را تقویت می‌کند و کیفیتی معلق و روان پدید می‌آورد — جایی برای توقف، تماشا و سکونت در پیوستگی منظر.

A solitary volume positioned within the natural landscape, conceived as a continuous frame for perceiving the surrounding scenery. With an emphasis on achieving a 360-degree view, the design strategy is grounded in the concept of “landscape continuity,” whereby the spatial sequence and the horizontal extension of terraces transform the forest, mountains, and sea into a seamless, uninterrupted experience. The continuous and deep terraces act as an intermediate layer, dissolving the boundary between interior and exterior, while extending the presence of nature into the living spaces. At the vertical scale, increasing the terrace height to 6 meters enhances spatial depth and verticality, creating a suspended and fluid spatial quality—providing a setting for pause, observation, and inhabitation within the continuity of the landscape.
